Christian, Momma, and Lupus-Thriver. After being diagnosed with the life changing diagnosis of Lupus, I set out on a mission to better educate myself on the benefits of properly fueling my body. Simply by starting with REAL food, made with REAL ingredients! That ignited a passion to share my knowlege with others by starting my own farm in 2018. I am proof that with God, a Dream, and Good Ole Fashioned Hard work-ANYTHING is possible! “If you eat like a Dumpster, you feel like Trash!”
